Did you know that Malmstrom Air Force Base traces its beginnings back to 1939 when World War II broke out in Europe?  Malmstrom has a rich history including participation in the Berlin Airlift, the Lend-Lease Program and a vital role helping provide the U.S. with it's ICBM deterrent force. Read more

The 341st Missile Wing has a long, rich history that dates back to August of 1942.  The wing has been assigned to many different numbered Air Forces, been stationed in places such as India, China and New Jersey, and has been the home wing to various different aircraft including the B-25, KC-97 and of course the Minuteman IIIs.  Click here to read more on the history of Wing One.
